Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Dream Decor Kitchens ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website or contact us about a project.
Information We Collect
When you use our Contact form or Free Kitchen Quote form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city and state, preferred contact method, and the information in your message. The quote form may also collect project type, preferred cabinet door style or color, estimated budget range, expected project timing, project details, and optional photos, plans, or other files you upload.
Our website platform and embedded services may also collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, and pages visited, to operate, secure, and improve the website.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, prepare or discuss a quote, arrange a consultation, provide requested design or installation services, and maintain appropriate business records. We may use uploaded photos or plans to understand the space and discuss the project. We use technical information to operate and protect the website and help prevent spam.
How Information Is Stored and Shared
Both our Contact and Free Kitchen Quote forms use Squarespace Form blocks. Form submissions are emailed to dreamdecorkitchens@gmail.com, and Squarespace also stores submitters and their form details in its Contacts panel. At the time of review, neither form is connected to Google Drive, Zapier, or Mailchimp for additional storage. Squarespace hosts our website and processes form submissions. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled on both forms to help prevent spam.
Our Contact page includes Google Maps and Google reCAPTCHA. When you view or interact with these features, Google may process technical information under its own privacy practices. Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Squarespace and services used on our site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, help protect against spam, and understand site activity. Our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences. Non-essential cookies are restricted until you consent. You can revisit or change your choices using the Cookie Preferences control on the site.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage a project or business relationship, and maintain appropriate business records. We may retain information longer when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.
Your Choices and Requests
You can contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have provided. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to retain some information to meet legal or business record requirements. To make a request, use the contact details below.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Links to Other Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, so please review those policies when you visit them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our privacy practices. We will post updates here and change the date above when we revise the policy.
